HI CatLady

havent talked to you for awhile....

well, now I am in a real mess...it started with runtime 91's on a simple .getprices call, so I downloaded the upgrade, which made it impossible to access the database at all

restoring the old version from the CD did not help, so a tech supervisor told me to clear the registry, uninstall and reinstall -

well, the clear registry program now gets runtime 5's, so I am up the creek with no boat, much less the paddle

the tech supervisor said that "they" did not recommend anyone downloading version updates without tech say-so - that was news to me
since I got the idea from the this board that everyone just updated
automatically to stay current...

so their honcho tech is calling Monday...

Bob
