Bob,
Many uninstall programs still leave files on the hard drive when they
are done. If some of them are corrupted, reinstalling may not fix the problem.
Save a backup file and the NOTES directory
Clear the registry
Uninstall TC2000
Use Explorer or a file management program to make sure the
Program Files/TC2000 folder is gone.
If not,delete it.
Reinstalling from the disc should now give you a clean install.
Now you can restore your backup file and copy your NOTES folder
back into the TC2000 directory.
