Douglas, Big Dog, Aggie, any of you guys getting word on the Majors capex for 2000? Douglas, you have said that your division/dept./group is expecting to increase drilling by 50% or something. For the benefit of thread, would you kindly give me/us, a brief description of how the redline budgeting process works for E&P divisions of the majors. I think that would be timely here? Looks like drilling will take off first here. Dog, got any guesses on when Jackup utilization for the GOM hits 100% (oooooo sweet). Two Months +/-?
