HP, CPU problems can not be solved easily. HP motherboards need software to tatoo the new CPU with information about the motherboard it is used on. Well that's one problem with buying a complete system. Thanks to all,

Just a guess, have you checked your bios settings to make sure nothing is messed up. If they already replaced the board and the power supply, there isn't much else unless one of your add-in boards are bad.

Could be a memory problem. Make sure all memory SIMM's or DIMM's are pushed in HARD all the way. Take them out & push them back in. Doesn't matter that the memory test at the beginning passes...memory could still be intermittently connected.
