Saturn, I agree that IF the cumine L2 cache is 256 bits wide and it transfers 256 bits every other clock cycle, calling such a cache a "full speed cache" bends the meaning of full speed by quite a bit. I wouldn't put it past Intel to still call it a full speed cache even if was half speed, however.

I don't think it would stand up in court as false advertising.
