Overclocked Athlon systems for sale at:
outsideloop.com;

Frankly, this is the best news I've read in a while. Only because it is one more indicator that the Athlon has gained the hearts and minds of the gamers/overlockers. I realize that overclocking the Athlon is only at the early stages...but it was this time last year when everyone all of a sudden discovered the overclockability of the Celeron, that I knew we were in trouble. All of the hardware sites and message boards were focused on overclocking the Celeron...while the k6-2 guys were stuck with "3dnow kicks ass" arguments.

I should have sold my shares when friends started asking me to build them overclocked Celeron systems. Now all I read on the same sites is significant enthusiasm for Athlon systems and frankly some disdain for cumine, especially in light of rambus prices; this is a crowd whose wallets are stretched.

Good stuff!
