Howard, Thanks for the suggestion. Actually, it is interesting that using this approach does not result in maintaining the Netscape e-mail format. Instead there are 2 results: 1. The ordinary files are opened as text files, including all headers - similar to the result from QuickView or another text reader. 2. The SNM files keep opening new browser windows containing no information until I can. I would still like to read Netscape e-mail on any drive in the original format. Are there any utilities that would allow this. George D.
