The only way Mytec could be an IPO on Nasdaq, is to spin off the biometric arm "Touchstone" into a separate company, and IPO 20-25% of the new company.

The parent MYT would probably trade at a discount to the new company.

If Mytec were to do this, and I have no knowledge whether they are even thinking about it, I wold imagine it would take in excess of a year.

To think of $100 in 2000, is to dream in technicolor.
