Sore spot? His minion brought it up. I was just trying to help. My only point is this. These guys come on here using every tactic in the book to convince anyone that will listen that the stock is going down. Unfortunately, I believe that many have shorted this stock based on some extent from the flawed logic they see posted here. Let's face facts for a second. (I realize that flies in the face of this thread's typical posts) There are investors that will short a stock based on their own analysis, as long as they feel comfortable knowing that others who seem to have all the answers (popular personalities, have become that way due to this very fact) are also on board with short positions of their own. As these "personalities" are the major posters of this thread, much of their thought process is filtered down amongst the less informed. My only intention is to draw attention to the fact that while these popular personalities continue to cheer on their short brethren, in the hopes that the stock will at least slow down it's ascent, they themselves don't believe what they are saying. And if it is truly a trading decision (and not based on information which they are uncovering, as I believe), I feel that after they have put on their own hedge positions, they should disclose this fact to those who depend on them for some guidance in this debacle of a short position. Of course doing that will move the stock up even further, which hurts them even more. So I suspect those who are considered to be out of the Private Message group better begin thinking about where they are getting their information. For disclosure sake, please note that I am hedged (as I've stated repeatedly) and will post my exit strategy as I unfold the position. I do not trade options, but do use them for hedging purposes. And I sleep well at night. The Popular Personalities don't OWE anyone else a thing. But when the Margin Clerk comes for their pound of flesh, it seems that one must wonder what kept the "unconnected shorts," short for so long as the position worked against them, and their mentors went quietly into the night.
