MGV, you got to admit that VLNC had a pretty good move. As a matter of fact I just reentered this morning just under $15.5. Since you always like to know the rationale, here it is:

1. I got pissed off at myself for leaving so much on the table selling at $16.5 (now that is a very intellectual rationale right?)

2. The floorless is no longer an issue

3. Orders are in and other should be expected.

4. Breakeven should be reached if Murphy does not intervene within a year.

5. The market which is so blessing the tech is showing an inclination to bless VLNC as well.

6. Since the market is so generous relative to forward looking PSR's sometime next year a PSR of 3 on 2001 sales hopes of $250 MM justifies a higher price.

7. At this price, a stop loss of $14.5 will involve less than 10% loss against the potential of between $4 bucks to $8 bucks rise I can see occurring before the end of January.

Having said all this, the market is known to turn on a dime, thus the mental stop loss.

Like I've said before, stupid, let's check a year from now and see where things are. I'm confidant that I'll be extremely happy with where VLNC is by this time next year. Will there be other stocks that will outperform it? Of course there will. But I don't know who they are, do you???
