Glad I can be of service to you twisty baby. Let's continue the hilarity as I still don't get it. Show me the glut. Companies will fail which will leave empty space at Exodus. The successful companies will grow and absorb any of that extra space.

What does the fact that they contract for their own needs have to do with how much space they will use?

In terms of hardware sales it doesn't matter if their are 1000 companies or 5. The number of servers and disk drives required to meet the need will continue to grow.

I truly am not tryng to be difficult, I just don't get it.

FWIW, I got stopped out of CSCO in 1994 for that same kind of thinking. twister- you know that cash register at Dairy Queen? It's gonna have an IP address soon, along with 8 or 10 other things there. Warren will be able to walk in to DQ and his happy meal and dilly bar are there waiting for him. The transaction through Sun servers at Exodus will be ancient history in the logs before he gets to the bottom of his coke. -JCJ
