And another thing is that they bought out most of the dealers when the shares were $20+. And most of the dealers sold their shares driving the price down. Now AN can buy back the shares at 1/3 of what they used to buy out the dealers.

I just wonder is that was their intention all along. Is this Wayne Huzienga's (sp.) usual m.o.? A restructuring will make their shares even cheaper.

I know of a lot of people who got rich by owning car dealerships. I'm sure you all do also.
