Here comes the company press release. It's basically a non-event announcing the listing and news that the secretary-treasurer & CFO, Mr Howard Hanick has resigned and that Luigi Falzone was appointed a director.

They also give their shares outstanding as of today. It's less than I thought - 9,080,069.
