Dear Silicon implant: Oops Warrior?: , have a perceived conflict I think since they made statements prior to even learning of the details of the proposed union they do have a perceived conflict now and it runs either way. If they vote it down then one would argue they made up their minds before hearing the case, if they vote it up then one could argue they were bought out or something since they had given a negative opinion earlier. This way, an outsider makes the recommended call and they lend their support to it. JDN
