Thanks for the info. The E should be no suprise, but it does piss me off since we have been told over and over again that the audit was "done" and was "at the attornies" and would be released "in a couple of days." So it cost $80k. Big deal. Failure to file in time has cost shareholders a LOT more than that. If Kevin needed the $, he might have considered asking us for some help. I personally offered to do so weeks ago. Nothing.... He seems to be stuck in an emotional, shell-shocked rut and doesn't have the energy to step out of it. I can sympathize with that state of mind, as I have occasionally found myself in the same position when things went very, very wrong with a business venture. So, now we wait some more............
