Because the institutions rejected the bonds, which would have been senior to the stock offered, so why the heck would the institutions pass on the bonds and buy the stock, which since then, of course, has done nothing but GO DOWN ??!!

Maybe the institutions learned something from Boston Chicken, after they lost their undergarments with that fraud?! do you think ? ....

BTW, a secondary stock offering before the expire of the IPO lockup is almost unheard of; yet that's what your co, pcln, did. Very weird, to anyone who does DD.

Peter, PCLN stock was down today more than 6%. Most stock experts advise selling a stock at a 8% loss to prevent further erosion of capital.

I suspect you at at least an 8% loss on this stock. At what point will you sell out to prevent further erosion of your capital?
