Hey, how'd you like to be in LUMM? $43 to $21 in three days. Ouch!

Greg, between the people on this board, we should be able to "hold our own." Do you really think that there is something that is "wrong with JDSU" that we haven't identified?

Personally, I think that it is a victim of its recent run and weak hands are folding. I think that an announcement or two will cure this and, of course, the next earnings release. This is the future....

<<203 is my rock bottom, which would be right at the bottom channel JDSU has started to the downside. It we go though that, something is wrong with ether JDSU or the market at large. I made a comment about the recovery being suspect a few days ago, today confirms this. It will take a lot longer then most here believe it will for JDSU to regain it's old high, weeks not days. Or course, news could change this out look at any moment. >>

I agree a test of 200 is possible. The short term TA's look terrible. If we open and close below 220 tomorrow, I'll be looking for 200 as the next resistance level. I'm just waiting for an entry point with 55K I have in cash.

203 is my rock bottom,
I see 180 as rock bottom, not that I expect JDSU to reach that. I'm amature at TA but it looks to me that the 50 day moving average shows the bottom (the 20 day or so shows a typical bottom but not rock bottom). Rather than decline to 180 I would expect JDSU to wait around and let the average rise to meet it. That means that prices would be stable for (by finger squeeze method) about 3 weeks. Of course the change in years could have an effect on the chart.
