Hi Bill: Once again, thanks for the humour. Great way to begin the day! Botched gates, vapourware 733's and now figment 750's and 800's! Increasingly, Intel management hopes are beginning to sound as vacuous as some of their zealous footsoldiers on this thread with their 99Q4 estimates (i.e. neg $0.62!!! Hard to take them seriously anymore. By the way, full page ad for Future Shop in my morning newspaper begins: "All Intel Processor Based Computers on Sale". Don't think I'm reading too much into this one, but does that sound like Intel is dealing from sales strength to you? Sounds to me like AMD has taken one huge chunk of the Christmas season sales and "too-late" Intel is in react mode once again! Wonder when Intel will stop hammering nails in their foot and accept the role reversal that has occurred thanks to AMD's new "spry Athy"?
