Try shorting Merrill Lynchs "Internet Holders", trades on the AMEX under HHH.....its a basket of "internet stuff"
Here's a article on Internet funds, not sure if you can get a borrow on them.

One problem with the internet stuff.....it will burst ....but when. A lot of individuals and funds are throwing money into it and for as much as I believe it's ridiculous and overvalued that doesn't seem to negatively effect the stock prices. It's like a big Ponzi scheme that works as long as new money comes in.

Personally I think we'll probably see a dip in the indexs here at year end and then a surg in early Jan (if the world doesn't come to an end that is), with a sell off following earnings
