You assume that Clinton was on the payrole of the Chinese because the Chinese stole atomic secrets. Your logic suggests that a counterintelligence failure must be the result of corrupt officials. Thus my analogy. Either that or there is some proof of our president's diabolical nature that you have not shared with us.
