So if you get your feed from the TSE why is PC Quote not having the same problem Gerry? I have talked to two other companies that provide ticker feeds and they have not experienced problems this morning or for that matter over the last 3 days like CSW has.

We have accepted the "its the other guys fault" from CSW now for sometime, and it very well maybe", but we will no longer "blindly accept" that explanation as the truth. From here on in, we will start comparing other service providers to see if they are suffering the same problem, if they are not, then a full explanation will be asked for.

Secondly, we will no longer tolerate the "duh I don't know" from the people who answer CSW phones. Upgrade the intelligence level of the people who answer your phones, and provide your service, or you will likely experience an "en masse" exit from CSW!

It took until 10:36 this AM for the tickers to coincide with MD at no time was anyone interested in posting which was inaccurate!! I posted a Market buy based on your MD and ended up paying 2.00 more for a stock than I thought the stock was trading at!

In the end here is the bottom line, people in CSW better start understanding that when their service is down "people lose money". Those people that lose money that phone to get an answer don't want some nimrod to say, golly is it down?...sorry can't help you cuz no ones in the office! What irritates even more, is the sense of laxadazical "who gives a crap" attitiude you get from these people. I am sure that if someone were to explain that this person could have lost as much as $10,000 on their feed, they would be more sympathetic!

In the end, either improve the reliability of your feed or lose customers thats the bottom line!

Maybe you could explain how another provider PC Quote who is feeding correct data, can be correct when you say your feed "from the TSE " was bad?
