O'Reilly doesn't need to go public. If he is making money now, why bother? In fact going public as they say or becoming a reporting issuer is only necessary in the capital intensive industries such as mining, Industry, Utilities, and growing industry.

The other reason to go public is to capitalize on your equity. It's really selling out.

I would rather have a private company anyday. But you need cash and pubco cashco is one place t get it.
