Yeah, I wonder if that could actually HELP the stock price... If they get a settlement from JMH, it could make for a nice one-time gain. BTW, I am told that the main AVEX plant in Huntsville has been told to shape up quickly or face serious cuts, and maybe even closure. It sounds like BHE won't let poor management practices at AVEX from the Huber days be a drag on it for too long. I like that aggressive management style!
