Unfortunately if Goldman represents KANA or any other MESG competitors there is zero chance that they will become a banker for MESG, imo (based on being in the investment biz).

Isn't Stein selling a ton of stock along with BancOne? Watching level II today, it was apparent that there was a HUGE seller out there. This wasn't joe-6-pack panicking.

Follow-up on my comments about Goldman Sachs.

What Messagemedia doesn't have is a large institutional investor making a market in MESG. The benefit being that the investor would have the funds to absorb some selling in MESG.

As it is, there is nobody out there doing this. Thus any selling of size creates fear that leads to a cascade in MESG price. We've seen this twice over the last couple weeks.

Anyway, this is a dynamic we have to deal with at this time. If you understand this, then it'll be easier to deal with when it happens.

The important thing is not to get whipsawed by this dynamic. You know you have it under control when you buy low and sell high. If you are currently out of sink, take a break and enjoy your Christmas vacation. MESG will be back!
