Paul,

Have you checked out the latest cpu price blurb from Sharky's?

See Celerons selling for $36 in retail? Thought you would enjoy that given how much you used to harp about K6s selling in that price range. Note there is only one Celron over $100.

What is your estimate for Intel ASPs this quarter? Do you think it will sink below $180 for the quarter? 170?

Paul, YOur blowing tripple gas! Fisrt AMD has it's act together.. No thanks to Calpers. Second if Calpers wanted to help themselves they should buy some AMd and be a leader not a whinner, they sound like you. Tripple.. over the last four years my investments in AMd have returned over eight fold. Sorry you if hav'nt aquired buy and sell know how. Lastly Calpers should be criticized for investing member funds in risky volital investments like AMD it's no place for pension money. They should invest in something safe, monoply like, microsoft.
