I was watching a modified type of Level II quotes when the screen dropped to 12 and immediately went back to 15-15/16. I called Ameritrade about 5 minutes later and they responded that the low had been 15-1/2 with no drop to 12. Clearstation charting does not show a drop to 12 intraday, although other charting systems I use do show it dropping to 12. I'm not disputing your observation, just commenting on my observations. I had orders placed on 3 accounts to buy at 15-1/4 and none were filled.

These "off the wall" trades, like the CCUR at 12 have happened to stock I own before. My personal opinion is that they are trades reported "in error" by those who wish to scare people into selling. These guys have a million tricks up their sleeve to fleece the sheep. And they usually work over and over and over because the "sheep" never learn. That's why they are sheep. Ken
