I just checked time-and-sales. There were two 100 share prints at 3:34
at 12, with the bid 15 13/16 both before and after. One of the prints had a "P" on it which maybe means a reversal, since they were clearly misprints.

James gave me some bad news tonight which will hit the stock tomorrow,
if it was not a factor already. A Bloomberg machine shows insider trading before any other source. Apparently it showed up today that the 144 filings have turned into immense insider selling - something like 7 insiders and a million shares total, at prices of something like 11-16 (all from memory). All I can say is that this much selling wasn't to buy a house; it was an informed comment on current valuation.

However, James and I discussed the situation and we decided to do nothing, because of three specific events/comments:

-the Vivid acquisition giving CCUR total coverage of the market

-the TW execs remark that in 10 years VOD will be a huge business

-someone's remark that VOD is where the Internet was 4 years ago

I still think we have a long way to go on the stock, but not short term.
