Hi Keith,

I assume that this would mean that the shares aren't going to be
restricted in any way? (ie. there isn't a minimum hold period for
them?) Also, would flipping them for the quick profit be OK with
Argentum (is that the alliance that got us the Medsite shares?).
Don't want to make them upset since they are our "big brother".
