I think the main worry right now is that the margins per operation is getting squeezed harder and harder from competition since there seem to be so far not that much branding for many of the centers. Anyone have any knowledge or thoughts about it?

Provided markets hold up this will be double todays price soon. CEO bought 220K shares on recent warning and why wouldn't he. They just spent tons updating site and hiring people. TLC is the industry leader in a growing market. The next 2 quarters seasonally comparing will also be their busiest.
