Re 'Fools; the move was long overdue. No one cares. As for increasing sales -- I recently reported that Iomega was again dominating removable storage inventory at my local Staples (only large office supply/computer store on Hilton Head Island).

Was in tonight looking for a scanner. Iomega shelf space looked like locusts had hit it -- nearly everything gone! Other stuff just sitting there except for one HP CD drive that sold out at $299 (it's IOM cousin, at $209, was also missing in action).

Asked manager if Iomega stuff really moving or did he have supply constraints. No supply constraints -- #1 hot item -- Zip 250!

Didn't see no stinking Super Drives :-)

This was posted on the Fool's board. Just what does it say? Did Iomega or their insiders purchase this block of shares? If they did it may explain the large purchases that we seen going over the tape a while back.
Question:
Would the insiders be buying at these levels if Iomega was failing like our thread pest has been saying? I don't think so.

Indirect Holdings - holdings that are controlled by the insider, yet are held by another entity such as a family member, a trust, a company plan, or even a corporation to which the insider is affiliated. In many cases, the same block of indirect stock may be claimed by several insiders, such as a group of trustees over the same trust, or several partners in the same partnership. Some insiders hold all of their stock indirectly.
