voop - I was under the impression (I hope mistaken) that Q patents were for mobile only, not fixed. They could sell licenses for WLL but would not get royalty stream with patents. Could you elaborate?

I'm probably responsible for this misconception. Keith is right. QCOM's IPR can be applied to fixed CDMA; however it is true that it is less critical in a fixed cell CDMA applications.
