Wayne,
Your options of GTC: that is information which came from you not me or Keith. Wayne, I am simply stating what Keith stated this morning. He did not mention anything about anyway shape or form about GTC.
"As I have stated this post I said I could be wrong but I don't think so. If you as an investor do support the management and do support the BOD I would like to encourage you to have your shares put in certificate form. This point in time and considering the possible situation it can only work in yours and CVIA's benefit. Of course, if you want new management then enjoy your profits. That is why we all invested in this stock."
I do not, personally, at this point in time, support any new management and I don't intend to sell my stock. Wayne, his message wasn't a suggestion as you stated. He was ENCOURAGING CVIA shareholders to call for certs. and asking for our support. I am probably coming off a little raw. Excuse me, because I respect you, but I do not agree with certain statements that you have made. Anderson has stated we should put our shares in certs. not GTC if they valued the companies management. If not they could take their short term gains.

Look guys lets not turn on each other, you know what it best for your situation... and everyone has a different situation. Lets not second guess a shareholders reasoning or rational. I try to do what is best for the company... then it filters down to all the shareholders.

We are fortunate to have both supporters as aggressive as John B. and pragmatic as Wayne B. It all balances out. Theres alot to be said for both sides.

But Wayne you know good and well I have the utmost respect for you and what you have done, along the way. Same applies to you John B.
