Did anyone notice the number of items listed in ebay is falling .. from as high as 3.5 million few weeks ago to 2.77 million today.. that is around 20% down!

Obviously, that "missing something" and "some very big
opportunities are being missed" is B2B. If Bill Gates
were eBay's CEO, he wouldn't let this happen.

Simply, eBay's management is missing opportunities one-by-one. The big one is the B2B, and how about fix-pricing auctions? Why not start a reserve auction service? They are weak in international market too!
They got to start hire more people and get going.

eBay's management is not as aggressive as I expected, much slower than Yahoo and AMZN. They may not have the vision at all.
