I am curious, have any of you guys who own this stock ever read the patents on which all this hype and hoopla are built? I did. I understand every word in them. I know this trade and all the technology related to it. As a veteran Chemical Engineer and entrepreneur in the business, I can tell you confidently that nothing in their patents is either new or novel, two primary criteria for the patents to be valid. Any serious challenge to either of the two main patents by any responsible and well heeled party would surely prevail in patent court. They are based on commonly used chemistry for which libraries are full of prior art references. This is all a hype, a sham, a scam, or shazam.
I almost bought in myself on first discovering this we several months back, but decided to do some looking and that's what I found. Good luck. Hope you can use the tax loss. I suggest you take it.

SHAME ON YOU MR GERLACH--YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TOUCHED THIS MATTER WITH A TEN FOOT POLE!!!!!!!

"Let me quote from Mr. Gerlach's letter of March 14,, 2000: 'With regard to your questions concerning the potential conflict of interest on the part of the staff attorney conducting the investigation, let me add that the commission takes very seriously the ethical obligations of its attorneys, and takes all steps necessary to assure those obligations are met'

TWO DAYS AFTER WRITING THIS LETTER THE SEC ISSUED A PRESS RELEASE REVEALING THAT GERLACH WAS GOING TO BE A PARTNER AT SIDLEY AND AUSTIN!!!!!!!!!! THE SUBJECT OF MR GERLACH'S LETTER WAS AN INQUIRY RESPECTING AN APPEARANCE OF IMPROPRIETY AND POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST INVOLVING ASSOCIATIONS, PRIOR EMPLOYMENT AND CLIENTS, PAST AND PRESENT OF SIDLEY AND AUSTIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
