RJ. I'm wondering why you publish Mr. Richter's message. From what I have heard, it seems that he is usually cooperative and trying to help; but appearently no one talked to him over phone. Have you emailed him?

Richard, You received a "canned" mailbot reply that redirected YOU (versus a caring customer support which claimed problem ownership and followup) to do ANOTHER email to the regular support channel. Guess what, if you do email you'll get another "canned" mailbot message. Kids used to have a name for what you're about to experience: Ring around the Rosey...and then of course, all fall down.
