What does DIR charge per trade, what is the max shares at that price, what is the min for margin account and how long have you used them?? Lastly, do they know the meaning of customer service?

Also would like to get off the Datek merry go round. BTW, did you get your money from Datek, how long did it take and what did you have to do to get it?
