(Nephew), Ya, I would like to see the old font colors too. Good point, and I'd guess it'd be really easy to implement. Would like the larger fonts where used on the old site. And I'm guessing JXM shares my color-blindness. I've got the same problem with the color differences that are too subtle for me to see easily. Blue is always a good color for me. I'm also using a 21" monitor. The message text looks identical between the two sites, but the other links ("Previous", "Next", etc) could stand to grow a bit. Like you, it also took me a while to find the "Edit" link, too. (Bob)

"a few tweeks" - Whaaa?? There's some fundamental stuff missing here [yes, i'm in the go2net site on another window, this one in SI] .. a list for starters - 1. There is nothing to replace the Folders where To Me and From Me messages are stored in real SI. There's a link that says 'Folders', but when you get there, it's empty. Real useful that. Of course you could use paper and pencil, i suppose. And they say you can communicate with tin cans and string. 2. On SI i have 162 PMs cached, on go2net's site 100 even. I make that a lack of 62. 3. The go2net site has no Carlson On-line links on Canadian threads. 4. The go2net site has no Start button for searching old posts, no 100-ranges. 5. The go2net site is slow, at least twice the time to load as real SI. And i don't accept that guff about Classic slowing the other thing down, i mean how can that be, geeez. They just don't want to keep looking bad by comparison. Penis envy. 6. The diacríticos don't work on the go2net site. They work fine on SI. ¡Viva áéíóúüñ¿ SI! ... to see what i mean, try reading this thread header - Subject 28756 Subject 28756 .. now i ask you, which one would pass L'Academie? You can't make a Porsche out of an Edsel with a paint job.
