MB, Thanks for the response. I was also wondering,
Is the bubble mainly a California phenomena? If I were to look at California as a foreign economic state, (which I think AG does, can't believe they're included in the Fed indices, <g>), would I come up with a region that owns the bubble? Isn't that where the majority of excesses reside; whether it be company valuations, shareholders of new era stock's, venture cap tech funds, paper wealth, real estate bubbles, or what have you?
After BK won't California take the biggest hit's, from eradication of personal wealth to the number of banks with non-conforming loan's, etc? Could BK be primarily a regional event? Would the effects be spread with less impact across the rest of the US?
Just wondering
