That seems a little more permanent of a method. I appreciate the idea but I'm thinking about a temporary method.I held down both alt keys and it booted from the slave drive instead of the master. I'm curious if that is a normal method or a quirk and if I somehow could be creating a problem.

I've been thinking (dangerous for me) what you said about changing the drive letter in the bios setup. Should I be able to change in setup so it will attempt to boot from all the hard drives in order until one boots? It also turns out it is just using alt key, not both alt keys that is allowing me to boot from the slave drive.

All thoughts are appreciated.
