I disagree. Having lived in South America for over 10 years, I know that towns and people can be moved fairly inexpensively. Money talks and it won't take a lot.

Charred,

1) The town that is a big time problem was upset that Manhattan had one drill going initially. They wanted more.

2) The town that is a big time problem had a (supportive) rally for Manhattan.

3) The town that is a big time problem elected their mayor on a platform of increased mining.

There is a town in Peru that has been moved twice for mining. There is precedence and it can be done. A few months ago I thought the town could still be a sticking point. Now I do not.

You must have information that Manhattan, the residents of TG and MRDI are not aware of.

Only if the locals do not want to move. But apparently, that is not the case.
