Ian, you have not followed this discussion and are posting irrelevant stuff. So instead of telling me that I do not have a clue, get one yourself. I stand 100% by my original post that Cymer does not benefit from the Intel's upgrade to 300 mm . Whether the new fab is 200 or 300 it would not make a difference to Cymer, their lasers gets used either way. Also if Intel is upgrading an existing 0.25 200 mm to 300 mm, that does not mean Cymer will sell more DUV to the steppers manufacturers who supply Intel in this upgrade. Mani
