Hmm, I have not heard of anyone doing that. Everyone I know with big hi-resolution monitors has to increase the font size (because they can now run at 1280x1024 and above instead of 1024x768 from their old 17 inch monitor. 14 is normal at those resolutions.

Or did you mean that you are running the big monitor at 1024x768? I guess then what you said would be true. Well, nevermind....
