the reality is that interest rates are low; IMO, they're headed lower. Inflation is practically nonexistent.

What time frame are you looking at in terms of lower interest rates? And, in your book, what factors pose the greatest inflation risk? Even assuming that your "abnormal" productivity plateaus at a higher level, ie, no reversion to old mean.
