Shopping with kids can be really fun. They have an interesting angle on gift giving.

That was a very thoughtful thing to do for him. It is certain that wrapping is an art. I can do it fairly well, and yet my wife makes me look like a talented chimpanzee, she is so beautifully precise, and decorates packages with such sure taste. I got my mother a porcelain music box from Russia, hand painted with a scene from Romeo and Juliet. It is a collectible, and quite pretty. Mothers like pretty things. The ornament will be a big hit, I am sure, and speaking as a dad, the rationale for the pump will be priceless.....

That is so cute! ANd I am impressed that he is doing this on his own!! (well, with you helping of course, but the important thing is that it's not at hte behest of Mom and Dad)
Ammo once wrapped all his gifts with masking tape. HE said it was so we would know exactly where to tear and could open them faster.
He also was responsible for my getting a scumbuster for Xmas, having heard me exclaim over one during a commercial.
So I understand the pump rationale.
