SAN JACINTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 21, 1999--Peacock Financial
Corporation (OTC BB: PFCK) today announced that OTC Financial Network, a
division of National Financial Communications Corp., will direct the
Company's investor awareness campaign.

Peacock Financial is a venture capital firm focused on taking high-growth
Internet businesses public. The Company looks for a 35% annual return on
investment and currently plans to spin off at least one Internet firm
every quarter during the year 2000.

DotCom subsidiary, which is negotiating with several Internet firms that
are potential portfolio candidates, will also provide iNetPartners with
technical and Internet expertise.

The Company has also announced plans to declare a stock dividend on
December 31, 1999, payable to PFCK investors on a basis of approximately 1
to 100, for its Solutions Media portfolio holding. Preparations are also
underway to complete an initial public offering for Solutions Media. ''We
