Hi E. I understand your position and have no problem with it. As I'm sure you are aware, I only post these articles to try and spur some on topic discussion, regardless of what the posters beliefs may be. Unfortunately, there have been so many posts lately that can only be described as personal attacks, that they outnumber the posts dealing with gold or what may or may not be related to gold, depending on our own point of view. These related/unrelated posts do not bother me nearly as much as the uncivil attacks. These only reflect on the poster, not on the intended target. We have lost so many fantastic posters over the years because of this behavior. Alas, there is nothing to be done about the web but carry on, as I fear some perceived cures to be worse than the disease. Merry Xmas to you my friend.

You Just Bought The Job DD............... The trouble with this sort of article Alex is that it ignores the thrust of the announcement by the 15 CBs - which drove the price up So why should they have ANNOUNCED it in the first place? - also Congress has shown itself to be anti the original IMF proposal. It was not an IMF proposal...it was an AMERICAN proposal in which those Countries who agreed voiced their support. It was an ill conceived proposal in the first place and only received full scrutiny when some intelligent ELECTED AMERICAN officials made their concerns public. So it seems to me that the conspiracy types seize only on one side of this issue and ignore any evidence to the contrary. Here's where you come in.Please find as much evidence as possible to the contrary and post it here on a regular basis.Please find as much positive to neutral articles, opinions,news releases and the like to support your theory that there is no bias in the gold market.Please find straight talking numerically correct analysis of the Gold market from the mainstream press and post it here. I find myself wanting to believe some of this stuff - but keep balking when I see so many one sided articles I find myself wanting to DISBELIEVE all of this " stuff ", but keep balking when I see so many one sided articles.
