Interesting to see priceline.com winning a patent suit based on methodology. It sure seems like the model for Portico is a patentable system. There should be other systems that are patentable as well. nytimes.com This link is New York Times and might require a password. I had fears in the past that GM would be hit with patent problems from Lucent/AT&T as they have many patents in this area. I suppose they each have sections of the service that make them all share cross licenses? Anyway, I find it very positive to be over $4. If this holds, it might be very good for the trend. Not much of a TA guy, but this is pretty clear. GM always does it's best when it goes up on rumor. Whatever the news, sell sell sell when it hits. Regards, Mark
