Move over MNCs, Indian Cos are now making millionaires economictimes.com DID you say wealth creation? Well, here it is. Wipro has created over 300 millionaires among its staff in the last two months. The stock ownership programme initiated by the company just two months ago has led to employee wealth creation of over Rs 130 crore and more than 300 employees have already made over Rs 10 lakh. The Wipro stock price has soared and so have their fortunes. Disclosing this to ET, Wipro vice-chairman and president Vivek Paul asserted that Indian software companies are now becoming the first choice for professionals. "Earlier, MNCs were the No. 1 choice, but now the paradigm is changing. MNCs are no longer generating this kind of wealth," he said. -Economic Times
