Got a remedy for cold feed?

Dan,

Sold my GUMM because I could not see the urgency for GUMM to render 49% against a $10 million investment from uncle Carl in Sweden if GUMM presently has a hot product flying out the stores and earning millions of bucks in America.

You and others read the story different I know. I just wanted easy money for Christmas as I would not want to be caught holding stocks in any company over the changeover into 2000.

Regards and good luck,

ED

"The nicotine joint venture will be very big to Gum Tech in the long term."

And as I have opined many times before, that's IF they ever get such a contract. So far, I see no announcement to that effect and I doubt I will by the end of year, self imposed deadline.

GUMM is a stock fraud of the first order.

GUMM fraudulently promotes a homeopathic medication as an effective treatment for the common cold. Homeopathy is quackery- a medical fraud. Homeopathic medications do not work and constitute an enormous fraud upon the American public. They could relabel Zicam as an effective treatment for AIDS or cancer - it doesn't matter - because it simply does not work.

A small study conducted by "doctors" with a financial interest in GUMM stock (i.e. the Gel-tech charlatans) is not equivalent to doing a legitimate study. That's why real medications from reputable firms have to go through the FDA approval process - a process which is very difficult.

Furthermore, GUMM's little hype job about publishing their phony claims in a reputable medical journal - and then getting laughed out the door - should raise a lot of red flags.

GUMM management fraudulently and criminally promotes Zicam for the sole purpose of artificially inflating the stock price so insiders can cash out at the expense of their small investor victims. GUMM hasn't earned a penny for its shareholders through its cruddy business.

If you take issue with the above statement, I invite you yet again to fax it to GUMM corporate counsel and urge them to take legal action against me.
