Hi Kevin, I'd better clarify that Value Line statement. First, there's a list of stocks on Page 33 of their index section each week. The List is the "Best and Worst Performing Stock, Last 13 Weeks" and each contains 41 issues. Last week 20 of the Best were up 100% or more! The best performer, Corel Corp., is showing a 13 week gain of 387%!!! Not bad if one is keeping track of such things!!! :-) It took a gain of over 74% in thirteen weeks just to MAKE the list! By comparison, a 41% dip in price in the same time gets your stock listed with the Bad Boys. My Speculation component takes a look at the best vs the worst and measures how many idiots are on each side! Best regards, Tom
